On a quite and peaceful evening, an angel was born by the name of Carderius Gemon Hathorn to the proud parents, Carl Hathorn and Sandra M. Henry.
Carderous accepted Christ at an exceptionally young age and has continued to let his light shine throughout his life cycle.
Growing up as a country boy, Carderius always aspired to be a farmer, having lots of land with farm animals and crops to care for daily.
He attended Thomastown Attendance Center in his younger years and later graduated from Leake Central High School in 2021.
As a young adult, Carderius accomplished a sustainable amount of achievements in his 21 years of life due to his hard work, commitment, and dedication in the work force. His unwavering tenacity often reminded you of how well beyond his years he was and the positive impact he exemplfied creating a life for his short lived future.
On September 4, 2024, Carderius tragically transitioned from his Earthly home to his final destination.
He was a beckon of light, joy, happiness, but most importantly LOVE.
Carderius is survived by his dear mother; Sandra “Mickey” Henry, dear father; Carl Hathorn, three loving sisters; Cardedrah Hathorn, Dandreah Smith and Markesha Hathorn (Tim), a loving brother; Quantavious Hathorn, four loving aunts; Carolyn (Lonnie) Beamon, Catina Henry, Patricia Henry and Sharon (Marvin) Fleming, many 1st cousins, his paternal aunts and uncles; Eva Hathron Harsley, Quincy (T.A.) Hathorn, Bobby (Faye) Hathron, Connie (Michelle) Hathorn, Lois Hathron Gill, and Cynthia Hathorn Sanders, close relatives, friends/coworkers, that he love immensely.
His grandmothers; Bobbie Jean Henry, Helen Hathorn, grandfathers Marshall Henry and QT Hathorn, aunt; Phyllis “Neicy" Henry, and other family members preceded him in death.
Carderius never met a stranger, his outspoken personality is what distinguished him from the crowd. If you ere ever graced with his presence you were indeed touched by an Angel.
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11
I've never imagined this, I always use to come visit him, during cookouts , and just talking to him. We use to be the best of friends but he will never be forgotten. Rest up cousin
He was a funny, caring, & loving coworker/friend. Can't believe he's gone. You will be missed Carderius. Just can't believe it🥺😔
