Herbert Lee Hill was born in Coxburg, Ms. on May 8th, 1960 to Dorothy Hill and the late Leonard Hill Sr.. He was a longtime Member and deacon of St. Joseph Church of God in Christ west, Ms. Herbert graduated from Lexington Attendance Center in 1978. Shortly after, he began working as an X-Ray Technician for Lexington Memorial Hospital, and later Montfort Jones Hospital in Kosciusko. With over 40 years work experience, not only was he a devoted employee, but he was a loyal husband and father.

Herbert was proceeded in death by his father Leonard Hill, his sister: Sally Reed, Sarah Hill, Alice Mayberry, Arlela Horton and by his brother Jimmy Hill. Herbert leaves to cherish his memory, his mother Dorothy, his lovely wife Deborah, two children: Kendrick Greet and Nakila Hill; four brothers: Leonard (Bertha) Hill, Jerry Hill, Calvin (Jaulinna) Hill, Kenneth Hill, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
