The Windhams of Argyllshire migrated and settled in Ireland. The Irish believed it was a welcomed blessing of rain when our loved ones were on the journey for burial. Many families believed the pearly gates were opening in Heaven and it was a sign to comfort with confirmation to us that all was well in the next life. Rest from every labor cousin Ernestine.
