Patti Jean Baltimore, 66, of Harrisburg, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 after a valiant battle with a cruel, relentless illness.
Patti was born in Frederick, MD to the late Shirley Ann Ambush. She was lovingly raised in Harrisburg by her great aunt Mae Duckett, dearly departed. She graduated from William Penn High School in the class of 1975. She skillfully labored as an administrative professional at numerous agencies and institutions in the Harrisburg region but graciously retired from Temple University Harrisburg and U-Haul.
Patti loved the snow and had a passion for all things Christmas! She was a champion online shopper and couldnβt resist stopping at a yard sale. Patti had a creative spirit and enjoyed crafting diamond art and painting figurines and portraits. True to her Maryland roots, she enjoyed communing with friends over freshly steamed blue crabs. When she had a desire to be, she was the life of the party. She was a fascinating and comedic storyteller with an infectious laugh.
Patti was preceded in death by her brother, Steven Jay Ambush and her goodest boy, Bogart Baltimore. She leaves to cherish her memory her daughters, Jamilla Ambush of Washington, D.C. and Lateea Ambush of Harrisburg, PA; her granddaughter, Taylor Ambush of Washington, D.C.; her sisters, Kelly Ambush of Lebanon, PA and Terri Ambush of Harrisburg, PA; her brothers, David Ambush of Harrisburg, PA and Bruce Ambush of Atlanta, GA; her furbaby, Ms. Bootsie Baltimore of Harrisburg, PA and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
On behalf of the family, we would like to give gracious thanks to all the generous friends who sent her flowers, gave encouraging words, prayed and cooked for her, visited her and sacrificed their time taking her to appointments. We know Patti loved and appreciated you all deeply.
Per our motherβs express wishes, there will be no service. Flowers may be sent to 301 N Progress Avenue Apt A5, Harrisburg, PA 17109.
RIP MY FRIEND! Will see you again.ππ½
