Marvin E. Echols, 77 of Timber Lane, Shippensburg, transitioned into eternal life on Monday, September 12, 2022 at home.
He was born in Harrisburg, son of Ora (Ross) Echols and the late Leroy R. Echols, Sr., a graduate of the former John Harris Senior High School, a United States Army Veteran, retired from the Commonwealth of PA, Dept. of Labor and Industry and a member of Trinity Church of God.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brothers, James Echols and Leroy Echols, Jr. and in addition to his mother, he leaves to celebrate his life, his wife, Tammy (Perry) Echols; his son, Thomas Coreau; his daughters, Stacey Jordan, Marvis Echols, Theadosia Livingston and Emily Livingston; his stepdaughters, Stephanie and Tiffany Perry; his brother, Randolph Echols; his sisters, Thelma Hodge, Yvonne Hollins, Rachelle Livingston and Marion Clark; his 12 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Marvinโs life will be celebrated on Thursday, September 22nd at 2 P.M. with Graveside services in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
