In his leisure, Joe loved vacationing, photography, riding his motorcycle and bicycle and spending time with his grandchildren. He often said his sons were his greatest accomplishment. Joe was also an automobile enthusiast and received many awards as a precision shooter.
In addition to his parents, his daughter, Rachel and his brother, Kenneth preceded him in death and he leaves a legacy of love and devotion to his loving wife of 43 years, Betty Cobb; his three sons, Joseph Cobb, Jr., (Donza), Jermaine Cobb (Diana) and Maurice Cobb (Jeamee); his nine grandchildren, his two great grandchildren; his four siblings, Levester “June” Cobb, Jr. (Karen), Anthony Cobb, Christine Cobb and Shawn Cobb and a host of other relatives and friends.
