To Sharon and the Woodward family. Sending my condolences and prayers to you and your family. Eric was my high school buddy. Whenever I saw him, which was almost everyday, he was always smiling. I don't think there was a day that he did not have a smile on his face. God took you from us as he has greater plans for you. I know he and your parents were there to welcome you home. Rest peacefully Eric. You will be truly missed. Robyn (Johnson) Bailey

TO THE PRECIOUS WOODWARD FAMILY: Our memories began as Neighbors, then as Friends, then as Family covering a period of more than 60+ years! Little did we know that our relationships would transcend this earthly life, sealing our hearts into eternity and this Family Reunion would grow sweeter with Eric's arrival. As God comforts the hearts of Eric's earthly family, let's remember that the number of our years can never surpass the quality of the life we live in Christ's love and care. You will remain in our hearts and prayers. The Smith, Hodge, Edwards, Farrell, Collier & Yates Families

My Deepest Condolences To Woodward Family
I will love you forever Big E. At a time it seemed like no one wanted what's best for me and what I needed to be complete ,but you did. I talked to you and explained to you that if you gave your daughter to me I'll love her for eternity and protect her with everything in me even if it cost My life. You trusted me and gave me the approval to marry cache. I got down on my knee free of all worries you were there rooting me on telling me I got this. Telling me "stop being all nervous you Got it". Before I took the knee and she said I do, you were already like a father to me in my heart. Sitting at your bed side in the hospital fighting the fight with you talking to you at a time you couldn't talk yourself. I knew you would be speaking with me so I continued to talk although you couldn't talk back. When I held your hand and said God got you are you ok you nodded your head and squeezed my hand the code letting me know that you were fine. Although you made it through what trials and tribulations God placed you in and eventually came back home up and at it in no time ..that's what I call pure strength and faith. Your mission wasn't complete yet, but now it is. God called you home to be with him and I know the faith you Possessed when you mentioned multiple times before "God got me", well yes he does. I'll love and pray for you until my resting day in Hopes of you having the biggest wings in Paradise. I love and miss you Pop. Love always your son in law Tone cook.
