David Eugene Penn was born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania to Jacqueline Penn and David White.
His early life and education started in the Harrisburg School District. David later moved to Georgia and in 1999 graduated an Eagle from North Clayton High School where he was lead percussionist: playing tenor drum.
Because of his love for music, he taught himself to play the keyboard leading him to produce unique music and therefore lovingly being known as Twin Beatzz to his friends. AbracaDavid was the name used when he amazed others with his ingenious magic tricks.
After being challenged by illness for four years, our beloved brother, son, cousin, uncle and friend got his wings at the age of 43 on Thursday, January 25, 2024 at UPMC Harrisburg Hospital in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
David was preceded in death by both maternal and paternal grandparents, Doris and Robert Penn and Rev. Dr. Scott A. White Sr. and Mother Mary White. David leaves to mourn his death, his mother, Jacqueline Penn; his father, David White; his sisters, DaVetta Penn and Alicia White; his brother, Michael McNeil; his niece, Daunessy Penn; his nephews, Roman and Remy White; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
His life will be celebrated at 12 Noon on Friday, February 2, 2024 in the Sanctuary of New Hope Living Baptist Church, 395 S. Second Street, Steelton with viewing and visitation from 11:00 a.m. until 12 Noon.
