Mrs. Sandra Monica Mincey, 55, entered into rest, Wednesday, October 4, 2023, in Waynesboro, GA.

“Monica,” was preceded in death by a loving father, Seriall Constantine Small; mother-in-law, Elizabeth Taylor Mincey; father-in-law, Floyd Mincey, Sr.; sister, Precious Annis Small; two dear sisters-in-law, Robin Mincey Brooks and Benita Small; and a beloved great-nephew, Qua’Vonne Robert Small.

She leaves many loving memories to her beloved family, a husband, Marshall Taylor Mincey, mother; Jannie Mae Dunn of Augusta, Georgia; three loving daughters, Ruth Octavia Small, Sade’ Michelle (LeQuenta) Sims, Lateisha Marshell Gardon of Augusta, Georgia; one loving son, Alex Matthew Burnette, of Augusta, Georgia; five sisters, Sheila (Alfred) Johnson, Jeannette Hall, and Mary (Bruce) Williams all of Augusta, Georgia; Sharon (Steve) Gangadeen in McDonough, Georgia, and Jewel Small of Kingston, Jamaica; two brothers, Mark Small of Sellersburg, IN, and Charles (Matkah) Small of Augusta, Georgia; four granddaughters, Shaiyah Taylor Monica Burnette, Sariyah Marie Eubanks, Alexx Elaine Horn, and Laila McKenzie Gardon all of Augusta Georgia; four grandsons, Octavious Princeton Small, Daimon Jamal Horn, Kingston Jamal Horn, Wesley Mitchell Ellis all of Augusta, Georgia; one great-granddaughter, Royalty Small of Augusta, Georgia; one sister-in-law, Audrey (Vincent) Willis of Augusta, Georgia; two brother-in-Laws; Floyd (Vickey) Mincey, Jr., and Darrell Mincey both of Augusta, Georgia; a devoted special friend, Timothy Jamal Horn of Augusta, Georgia; one devoted goddaughter, Darrumette Small; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.

A memorial service in honor of Mrs. Mincey's life will be 1:00 PM, Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at Grace Street Church of Christ (120 Grace Street, Augusta, GA.)
