Man, Tommy was my guy from the day that talented crew came to EKU in 1978, to include Kevin Grieve, Steve Bird, Tuck Woolum , George Floyd, Jerry Parish, Richie Francioni, Tommy White, Gus Parks, Nick Yeast, Alex Dominguez, Richard Bell and a host of other players that brought so much flavor to the Coach Roy Kidd's EKU Football Team! For over 45 years, Tommy and I remained close friends! My wife and I were happy to attend his High School Hall of Fame Induction at Scott County, KY School District in Georgetown, KY! Tommy White was a great athlete that could play any sport! He was just that awesome! I will truly miss my dear Friend and Brother! Peace and Blessings to Derrick Laronzo White and the White family! I had Much Love and Respect for Tommy White! A True Friend and an Eternal EKU Colonel Football Teammate, Friend, and Brother for Life! 😥😢

My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I have known Tommy since I was a young child. He was a good man with a big heart. I also worked under him at the jail.I will cherish the memories I have of him and keep them close to my heart. Until we meet again. Love you Tommy Fly High
