What can I say other than I have been blessed to have known this woman most of my life. She was a calm and beautiful woman and she was like a mother to me .There are so many stories that I could tell, I could write a book to be honest, but I can say this and I'll keep it short I thank God for bringing her, her husband, and the 5th Street Five in my life (although Tony stayed mostly on Walnut St lol!).May God bless the family going forward. Her work is done and you can see the fruits of her labor. Robert (Robbie) Jordan.

Miss Betty Jo--a Phenomenal Woman! One of the favorite Moms of the class of 1977. I have such fond memories of her throughout my entire life... And I still tell the story about when she numbed my ears with ice cubes and pierced them with "needle and thread". All from her kitchen table on Fifth Street.
