Terry Foster, 63 affectionally known as “Gator” entered into internal rest on January 1, 2022, at the home of his sister Debra. He was born on May 29, 1958, in Spartanburg, SC to the late Lucy Mae Foster Poindexter and Holmer Butler.
Terry touched many lives in his 63 years. He was a fun-loving person who loved making jokes, working with his hands and most of all being around his family and friends.
Terry was a self-employed tile layer and home-improvement specialists, whom talent out succeeded himself.
Terry is survived by one daughter, Katerris Dickerson of Fort Lauderdale, FL; and two sons, Tyreek Foster of Spartanburg, SC and Shaheed Foster of Baltimore, MD; Sisters; Debra Foster; Pamela (Morris) Davis of Spartanburg, SC; Kelly (Reverend Tyrone) Kelly of Wellford, SC, Jackie (Jerry) Ferguson, Melinda "Lulu" Gladden, Stephanie Stephens, Yvonva Wright all of Spartanburg, SC; Five Grandchildren, Myketre Dickerson, Treasure Dickerson of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Eijah Foster, Keondrus Foster of Philadelphia, PA., Kyla Chea Foster of Spartanburg, SC; Two Uncles; Sedrick Woodruff of Spartanburg, SC and Victor (Gee) Foster of Colorado Springs, CO; Three Aunts, Sandra Bell of Atlanta GA, Susan Suber and Brenda Foster of Spartanburg, SC and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Terry is proceeded in death by his mother, Lucy Mae Poindexter who transition to an internal peace, December 10, 2021, and a brother Michael Butler and Two Sisters, Cynthia Butler and Joyce McGill of Spartanburg Sc.
