Spartanburg, SC – Mr. Reginald Stripling entered into eternal rest on February 16, 2015 after a brief illness. He was the son of Mrs. Mamie Stripling and the late Steveson W. Stripling. Mr. Stripling was a devoted member to Cornerstone Baptist Church where served as a Deacon, member of the Male Chours and the first Bus Driver of Cornerstone Baptist Church. He was employed at Case Brothers for 25 years, Custodian at Cornerstone Baptist Church for a number of years and an employee of Sams Wholesale Club for 10 years. Left to cherish fond and loving memories in addition to his loving Mother are: his lovely children, Remiah and Reynah Stripling of Spartanburg, SC, TyRece and Taniah Wilikins of Spartanburg, SC; his sisters, Mrs. Cynthia (Max) Fuller, Ms. Ella Murphy and his twin sister, Ms. Renee Rookard all of Spartanburg, SC; his brothers, Mr. Donald (Nancy) Dogan of Virginia and Mr. Dennis Stripling of Spartanburg, SC; his aunt, Mrs. Evelyn (Lee) Worthy and Ms. Lucy Dogan both of Spartanburg, SC; his uncle, Mr. Everette Dogan of Spartanburg, SC and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and dear friends. A Celebration of the Life of Reginald Stripling will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Cornerstone Baptist Church. Bishop Charles J.J. Jackson, III will officiate. Interment will be held in Lincoln Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the home, 517 Harrier Cliff, Boiling Springs, SC. J.W. Woodward Funeral Home
