Joseph Julius Williams born November 24, 1931 in Campobello, South Carolina. He left his earthly home and entered his eternal home on October 21, 2022. He was the son of Charley & Lessie Dill Williams.
He was married to his soulmate Sarah Frances Williams for 36 years before she preceded him in death. They had a beautiful marriage. He was known to always say “Whatever the wife wants.” They were truly a blessing & enriched each other lives with humor, love and dedication.
Joseph relocated to Buffalo, NY, after graduating from high school. He was a Deacon at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Joseph and his wife devoted their lives to Pleasant Grove.
He worked in the dry cleaning business as a presser.
In addition to his parents & wife preceding him in death were his brothers: Charlie McKinley Williams, Robert Roosevelt Williams, Theodore Hoover Williams, W. M. Williams, and Herman Rookard Williams.
He will be deeply missed by his brother Nathaniel (Eleanor) Williams of Spartanburg, South Carolina. And a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
