Obituary For John H. Gentry

Mr. John Henry Gentry entered into eternal rest on July 22, 2024 at Reedy River Post Acute in Greenville, SC. Mr. Gentry was the son of the late Mr. Claude Gentry and Mrs. Evelyn McClain. He leaves behind one son, Joshua Glenn of Moore, SC; one brother, Howard Gentry of Greer, SC; four sisters, Daisy Switzer, Carolyn Smith both of Inman, SC, Fannie Mae Sims of Duncan, SC, and Cathy Williams of Landrum, SC; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, July 27, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at The John Stinson Woodward Memorial Chapel, 602 Howard St, Spartanburg, SC. Burial will be in the Cemetery Street Cemetery, Spartanburg, SC.
