My deepest and most heartfelt condolences & prayers go out to the family of Mr. Atchison. Mr "A", as I called him, was one of the most gracious, however, straightforward & direct businessmen I have ever known. My husband & I talked often about how Mr. A always had some valuable lesson to learn when speaking with him. Mr. Atchison had a "pep in his step" that I could hardly keep up with, & that's with him having so many blessed years more than me! Last time I saw him, we happened to see each other at Sam's Wholesale. We walked up and down the aisles chatting about Spartanburg real estate. He has so much to leave his dear family, those who loved & cared deeply for him. For as he invested in so many people, the wonderful memories of his life well-lived will remain forever. I'll plant you now and dig you later!" and, "You know, I work 8 days a week, because I go in twice on Sunday!"
