My deepest condolences to the family. My fondest memories is working with Mr. Willie aka "Big Will" is what we called him when he worked in the Finance Department as a Code Enforcement. Big Will is what we called in times of great stories and laughter. Big Will is we called him to being a mentor to the majority of single women now married "how to get married and stay married" since him and Mrs. Margaret was married as long as I had been living. Big Will is what we called him when it was time to go on vacation and he was like "I got to go lol". Big Will you have impacted so many people and changed so many lives that your legacy will live on through all of us.
