Obituary For Debra Ann Bell

TYLER---Funeral services for Ms. Debra Bell, 63, is scheduled for Friday, November 3, 2023 at 12:30 pm. The service will be held at New Zion Baptist Church in Winona with Rev. Sherman Burns, eulogist. Burial will follow in Kay Cemetery under direction of John R Harmon Undertaking Company.

Ms. Bell was born on December 16, 1959 in Smith County to the late Ennis Freeman and Alice Bell and transitioned on October 29, 2023 at Hospice Homeplace in Tyler, Texas.

Ms. Bell graduated from John Tyler High School and later attended the University of Texas in Austin. She attended New Zion Baptist Church and was a Nutritionist.

Her brother, James Ray Bell, preceded her in death.

She is survived by Sons: Chris Bell (Gloria), Jason Williams, Shelby James Williams and Steve Walton all of Tyler, Texas. Sisters: Sonya Hall (Demetrius) of Tyler, Texas; Brothers: Kennan Bell of Tyler, Texas, Darwin Bell (Sherwanda) of Chandler, Texas; Adrian Mumphrey of Austin, Texas , Carlos Bell of Tennessee and one grandchild.

Public viewing will be Thursday, November 2, 2023 from 2 pm to 8 pm at the funeral home.
