Im just finding out about the passing of Charles. Charles and were buddies at Raines High School(c/o 01). Charles was such a cool laid gentelman. Charles you are missed. Sending hugs to the Watkins family.

He was so out going , smart and funny. My prayers goes out to his family . I couldn't imagine this ever happening he was such a bright spirit my god keep u warm while ur spirit live on.
