Although I have only had the pleasure to spend time with Sabrina a few times she made me feel like I knew her forever. She always welcomed me and made me feel right at home. She left a permanent print on my heart. It is not every day you witness an angel on earth. She was loving yet gave tough love, direct yet so understanding, serious yet sweet, imperfect yet perfection, calm yet driven and hard working. She set a high standard for who we should all aim to be. Sabrina had to complete her mission on earth because her purpose far surpassed our imaginations and the Lord needed her home. Sabrina, you will be greatly missed, but never forgotten.

This is with great sadness and heavy heart that I'm announcing that Sabrina Hood portrayed to the right of Mr. Wade passed away suddenly on Friday morning September 6th. She was a devoted partner in the FQHC community. In the short time she was assigned to the Family Health Centers of Georgia. We had become more than colleagues. She was family and friend. She was dedicated in helping us achieve our HEDIS goals. She had a heart of gold and will put a smile on every everyone's face. She will be missed by all. RIP my dear sister.
