Rosa was a bright light in my life. Our families met when my family moved to Rockspring Homes in the mid-60s. A lasting friendship developed. She had such a sweet Christian personality. And so, we always enjoyed seeing each other - greeting with a big smile, a bear hug, talking about the goodness of the Lord, expressing interest in loved ones and love for each other. I'm so grateful that God allowed our path to cross. She's responsible for my granddaughter Tamrah getting into the pre-k program. We were new to Athens and when she saw Tamrah, she asked if she was registered. It was the last day for registration. Now Tamrah is at Emory University in their nurses program. Thanks to Sis. Rosa.
