I am extending my heartfelt sympathy to the family. Mark was a dedicated co-worker in the Clarke County School District Transportation Department for several years. He had a good sense of humor and in remembering some of our conversations, he kept us laughing and uplifted. The picture displayed is how I will fondly remember him. One of his frequent expressions was: " Well, I do declare." Mrs. Rosetta L. Strong
