Obituary For Joyce G. Ellison
Joyce G. Ellison, age 67, of Athens, GA passed February 23, 2023.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday March 4, 2023 at The Chapel of Jackson-McWhorter Funeral Home.
Public viewing, Friday 1-6 PM at the funeral home.
Survivors include: her significant companion, Freddie Johnson, Sr.; three daughters, Bernadette (Frederick Pittard) Ellison, Kimberly Sessions and Yolanda (Marcus) Lawrence; two sons, James Ellison and Freddie Johnson, Jr.; siblings, Isaiah (Sherry) Ellison, Herbert Ellison, Emmanuel Ellison, Joeses Ellison and Neahnomia (Undrell)Griffith; sixteen grandchildren; a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
