Sending love and sympathy to the families of Mr. Paul Batts. We were class mated as well. We begin our journey at GW. Bullock elementary school and continue on to West Edgecombe where we graduated in 1976.His parents were very close to mine and they would visited my parents home every chance they got. You amazing smile will never before gotten and that voice you had for sing in the glee club. You will never be forgotten sorry that we never got a chance to have a class reunion after graduation. Paul is a cousin that I think of when I think of happy family times. We went to Bullock school together and then finished up at West Edgecome class of 1976. I will miss his smile but always keep the memories dear to my heart. Carolyn (Kaye). ❤️

My friend will be missed. I do honor the life of this smart and funny young man. Laughter truly does the heart well and he has shared so much joy with me through years just simply being himself.
