Estella Waterman McKnight, 88, passed away on Thursday, December 2, 2021
Funeral service 12:00 p.m. Thursday, December 9, 2021 at St. James Missionary Baptist Church, 527 E. Thomas Street, Rocky Mount, NC 27801 with the Reverend Dr. James T. Worthy, officiating. Burial will follow at Northeastern Cemetery.
Visitation 1 hour prior to the service.

I am so sorry to hear about Ms McKnight... she was working at the White House when my mother was there. My mom loved her and always got a call from Ms. McKnight around Christmas each year. My mother just passed away and I was looking to let Ms. McKnight know.... I know they are both united in Heaven... god bless both Ms. McKnight and her family

I was sorry to here about the passing of Estella. She was always pleasant and I know that you as a family will miss her. May she rest in heavenly peace.
Estella will greatly be miss. My last time with her was Thanksgiving Day in Greenville Nc. She looked so pretty n had the most beautiful smile. We will miss her at our dinner just praising God. Loved her very much. Praying for the families. Be strengthened in Jesus Name

We continue to keep all of you near and dear in our hearts, and in the comforting assurance that Ms. Estella is peaceful in the everlasting love and presence of our Almighty Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. God granted Ms. Estella beautiful, impactful years, and she truly stewarded them well!
