God bless The Keaton Family, and Rest In Power, Picasso! I thank God for allowing my Daughter, Jasmine Savage to be blessed with the opportunity of having a brother/sister relationship with him. I personally never met Picasso, but ever since Jasmine entered WSSU as a Freshman, is when I began praying for them. I felt a since of relief knowing she had a big brother, a protector, someone caring and respecting my child. I know she was able to experience that "real college life" by the card games, tailgates, etc. at his home and on Campus that she would share in excitement! Thankful they stayed in contact after het graduation in 2022! Now I see better the divine relationship as you all carry my Family's namesake, Keaton. We are from Compton, California; Jasmine's birthday is July 5 too; all her favorite Uncles and Cousins are Omegas as well! My heart was affected as Jasmine received the news, my child was in so much pain, but we prayed. As no one can prepare for the loss of a loved one, especially their child. When we lose someone, we love, we must learn not to live without them, but to live with the love they left behind. Picasso's love has always been with each one of you and losing him is one of the deepest sorrows your heart can take. His goodness, his caring, wisdom, and knowledge and legacy of love will live in each one of you.

Lift your hands to God and ask him for strength to get you through your time of bereavement. He will answer your prayers.

Greetings, my name is Clyde Doughty, Jr. I am currently the VP for Athletics & Recreation for Bowie State University. I want to extend my most deepest and profound condolences to the Keaton family on the tragic loss of Brother Picasso. When I was the MC for the NCAA Career in Sports Forum I met "P", as I called him, and we struck up a bond. He was so engaging and excited to be part of that selective group of student-athletes.

We kept in touch for a while after that but you know as time ticks on, we tock along on our yellow brick journeys, our attention gets diverted as we manage the moment. Haven't spoken to him in a while but the news of his passing shook me to my core. My moment with "P" was engaging, enlightening and extremely special. I learned so much from him. His smile was contagious as he lived each and every moment to it's fullest potential.

I know all who knew and loved"P" are dealing with a very difficult and emotional moment. I have my arms wrapped around all, sending prayers 🙏🏾

I had the pleasure of meeting Picasso when he signed up for Long Ball RBI when he was 14 years old. He came back in 2023 to help Coach the Pirates with Coach Paul and even played in the alumni game in August.
