I was so sad to hear about Lindsey. He gave me my second career with the City of Denver with such a warm welcome. I would not be where I am today without him. He was a firm but fair leader and left quite a legacy when he retired. He will be missed. My thoughts are with Nancy and his children. Take care. Mary Patterson
