It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Mr. Joe Howard Bullock, who departed this life on March 16, 2025.
A funeral service to honor his life will be held on Monday, March 24th at 11:00 AM at Cary First Christian Church, located at 1109 Evans Road, Cary NC 27513.
A repass will follow at the church, and all are welcome to join the family in celebrating his life. The family is deeply grateful for the love and support they have received.

It is difficult to measure the impact he had on the many lives he touched. He will be remembered for his dedicated leadership and participation in several racing and social clubs. I will miss, the fellowship, friendship, daily phone calls, and frequent visits to check on me. It is indeed an honor to call him my friend for nearly fifty years.

My condolences to the family, I had known Joe for a long time back in the 60.when we worked at the hospital in Chapel hill.
I have known Joe Bullock all my life eversince I was a kid my dad Big T.C. Newman and my uncles Tim and Fred Newman was also close friends of Joe and was also in The Operation Ghetto Drag racing Club he will be dearly missed my prayers goes out to his family and friends.

Joe and I were racing friends back in the 1970s. He was a member of the Operation Ghetto Club, and Joe was a very active member, helping his friends and families in the community. Joe also participated in various car shows and was an outstanding drag racer. I will pray for the family and send my condolences from Mack McKinnie and family.
