Funeral service for Richard Combs, Sr., 49, of Killeen, TX, formerly of Auburn, AL, will be at 12:00 noon, Saturday, November 12, 2022, at Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church, 1535 West Farmville Road, Auburn, AL 36830 with interment in the church cemetery, Reverend V. Dion Gilbert, Pastor and Reverend Ronald Lampkin, Eulogist.
Mr. Combs, who passed away on Thursday, November 3, 2022 in Florida, was born March 15, 1973, in Lee County, Alabama.
Public viewing will be Friday, November 11, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Facial covering is required).
Mr. Combs will lie in repose at the church one hour prior to the service.
He leaves to cherish his memory: wife, Gwendolyn Combs; and three children: Jasmine Combs, Richard Combs, Jr. and Rhianna Combs; mother, Annie Combs; one sister, Geraldine Combs; one brother, Robert Combs; four aunts, Barbara Terrell, Mary D. Moore, Sarah Hunt and Darlene Jones; two uncles, Butch Hunt and Willie Hunt; one great aunt, Geneva Dallas; mother-in-law, Willie M. Walker; three sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Walker, Sharon (Ivan Sr.) Parker and Jackie (Darryl) Collins; two brothers-in-law, Robert (Celeste) Walker, Jr. and Ronald (Leanne) Walker; four nieces, Veronica Walker, Shelia Walker, Angela Walker and Kaitlyn Collins; seven nephews, Rosario Cooper, DeMarius Heard, Brandon Walker, Sr., Kyle Walker, Kaylm Walker, Breonta Ford and Thomas Ford; one great niece, Ryleigh Thornton; one great nephew, Brandon Walker, Jr.; six special cousins, Jeanette Anderson, Brenda Griffin, Curtis (Laquita) Richardson, Sean (Kimberly) Richardson, Kenneth (Freda) Richardson and Marcus Richardson; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
