Funeral service for Dezman Lipscomb, 36, of Opelika, AL will be at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at Harris Funeral Home Chapel, 515 South 6th Street, Opelika, AL, 36801, with interment in Evergreen Cemetery, 1409 Monroe Avenue, Opelika, AL, 36801, Reverend Roger Jones will officiate.

Mr. Lipscomb, who passed away Monday, February 20, 2023 in Atlanta, GA, was born February 25, 1986.

Public viewing will be Tuesday, February 28, 2023, from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Facial covering is required).

He leaves to cherish his precious memories: father, George Walton of Opelika, AL; uncle, UnRickey “Rickey” Lipscomb of Opelika, AL; two aunts, Gloria (Christopher) Beard and Mary (James) Stinson both of Opelika, AL; ten great aunts, Geraldine Lipscomb, Carolyn Johnson, Barbara Lipscomb, Joann Lipscomb, Jennifer Lipscomb-Thomas, Stella Alvis all of Opelika, AL, Dorothy Ann Dowdell of Indianapolis, IN, Inez (Franklin) Hart of Sylacauga, AL, Patricia Ann Ingram of McDonough, GA and Daisy Alvis of Cusseta, AL; three great uncles; Clanton Lipscomb of Opelika, AL, Nobel T. (Geneva) Askew III of Sylacauga, AL and Reverend Ruben (Debra) McKenzie of Indianapolis, IN; great-great aunt, Gertrude Walker of Brooklyn, NY; great-great uncle, Renza Wright of Opelika, AL; devoted cousin, Milo Stinson of Auburn, AL; best friends, Kenneth Crowder and Willie Meredith, Jr. both of Opelika, AL; a host of other relatives and friends.

I will never forget his amazing personality and his laughter. I will never forget the times we spent together.
