It is with profound sadness, that our family and staff stand alongside the loving Davis family to announce the passing of Darion Daquan Davis.
How sad we feel as we find ourselves here, without you at our side, The days have all seem endless, All the tears that we have cried, for though you blessed us for a while, your smile lighting up the room, sadly you have left us now a life taken too soon.
The time we had, well it was brief, but we were never long apart, sadly though you’ve gone away, breaking so many loving hearts, we’ll think of you and smile those times, and recall your favorite tune, as we sing to you a melody of our child, a life taken too soon.
Darion Davis, born on October 30, 2007, to Kimberly Davis and Cedrick Carter. Darion was a light in the lives of all who knew him. His joyful spirit, kindness, and boundless curiosity made him a friend to many.
Darion was known for his infectious smile, which could brighten the darkest days, and his gentle, loving nature. He had an undeniable talent for bringing laughter and warmth to those around him, always finding a way to make others feel special and loved. He was passionate about rapping, and he approached life with an inspiring enthusiasm. At just 16 years old, his life was cut too soon.

Leaves to cherish his memories his Mother Kimberly Davis, Father Cedrick Carter (Katharine), Grandmothers Ann Davis, Felicia Edmond, Grandfather Terrence Carter (June), two sisters, Kailyn Davis, Zara Miller, four brothers Dayton Davis, Ja’Darien Davis, Jayquan Carter, Ziquazius Miller. A host of aunts, uncles, great uncles, great aunts, nephews, cousins and friends.
Darion's legacy will live on through the countless lives he touched. His love for family, friends, and community will forever be cherished.
The life of Darion Daquan Davis will be celebrated by his family, peers, and community at 1:00 PM on Saturday, November 2, 2024. Services will be held at Prayer and Praise Ministries, 80 Faith Temple Loop, Pearson, GA. Host, Pastor Paul Thomas, however Pastor Jaylen Thomas will be the Eulogist.
"A Flame That Burned Brightly" Marion, oh shining star, your light extinguished far too soon, in sixteen years, you left your mark, A legacy that will forever bloom. Your laughter echoed, joyful and free, your spirit inspired humanity, though life's journey ended all too fast, Your memory will forever last.
