I am so sorry to hear of Lamar's passing. I am a volunteer at Magnolia Mound, I had a chance to visit with him just a few weeks ago, where it was good to catch up. It was always a treat to sit and visit with Lamar and I always enjoyed his humor and hearing his often unique takes on what was going on in the world. You could tell that he so obviously loved his family, and though he didn't brag you could see that he was very proud of them as well. Please accept my deepest sympathies on your loss.Unfortunately I am out of town this week, or I would certainly be there to pay my respects. Magnolia Mound will not be the same without him, and I know that he will be greatly missed.
