I met Jerry at Tultex. We worked many days and years together. Had a lot of laughs and did a bunch of hard work together. Last time I seen Jerry he was at the barbershop next to the farmers market. I seen him through the window turned around and went in sat down beside of him. He was reading the paper. Jarod was cutting someone's hair. He looked over at me went back to reading. Then I heard him say; there's a white barbershop down the street, then he started to laugh. Then we talked for a bit. I have and will miss my friend. James Adams (Big-A)

Jerry Waller was a man of strength, influence, wisdom and faith. He was the type of man that would light up a room when he entered and lifted the spirits of those around him. He was either making you laugh or passing on knowledge. I always looked up to him, and used him as a model of how I wanted to be as a MAN, a Husband, a Father and a Christian. His legacy will always go on, because he cared and reached out to touch the hearts of those around him, therefore he will always be with us.
