Chip you will be missed! Rest well!
It saddens me deeply that you have been called home to be God. We are comforted that you no longer have to endure. You fought a good fight cousin. Rest In Peace until we all meet again.
To the Dalton Family Thank you for sharing Chip with us. It has been a pleasure being his guardian Mom (god) and Poppa Rick and 2 extra brothers, Keven, and Markcus.

Rest in paradise bro !!!love ya
Since little league basketball, my memories of Chip have always included laughter. By the time we got to high school, you were my best friend. You had jokes every day, not one or two but many jokes daily, with the ability to make people laugh and smile. You had many gifts: a gifted basketball player and musician, but most of all a great friend. To the Dalton family, may God's grace bring strength, comfort, and healing on this time of sorrow.
To the Dalton Family❤️🕊️ Great Thoughts with Love & Prayers for Everyone. Donald and Brenda Kirby
It's really hard to believe Chip you're gone, one minute we were texting, then cheering you on to walking to next you transitioned. Going to miss you on fb but not forgotten. Katie I love you unconditional sending you hugs and I pray your strength during this difficult time. ❤️
Chip you will be greatly missed my brother. He's kindness and spirit will always be remembered. My prayers and condolences to the Dalton family! RIP Bro.
Chip was the nicest person I have ever known. His energy was contagious and anyone hanging around him felt it. I don't think I ever seen him angry or upset-he was always "Chipper"..:) I'm going to miss my teammate and friend. Rest in eternal peace Cletus!!!!
My memory is the first time I met Chip. His kindness was so amazing. I couldn't believe that a person which age was so polite. When my husband and I spoke with Chip Sunday night it brought back the memory of when I first met him. Another memory of Chip was when he purchased a copy of my book, and he strongly suggested that others should do so as well. I laughed when I read his suggestion. Chip we will always love you and you will forever live in our hearts.
RIP Chip. Eric Hairston, Hampton, VA

I will always remember and cherish the good times, the laughter, along with the phone conversations and text messages and I will especially remember our last conversations days before your transitioning.
