Clyde Sylvester Phillips was born in Hertford, North Carolina on February 3, 1946 to the late Earlise Phillips and Ovella Irene Eason. He transitioned on Wednesday; August 17, 2022 at Mission Hospital in Asheville, North Carolina.
Funeral will be Tuesday; August 23, 2022 at Tabernacle Baptist Church at 12 noon with one hour visitation before the service.
Masks are required and there will be no live streaming.
