I am so very sorry! I absolutely LOVED your mother with all my heart ❤️. We have had some great laughs! Between the birds, snakes and bees we captured. I will forever hold those memories in my heart! She was a wonderful lady! We always checked on each. She was a great neighbor who I will cherish forever. My heart is so broken. Sweetheart, I am praying for you, Derek, the kids and all of your family. I am so thankful I talked to her last week. Our last words spoken to each other were I love you girl! If you need anything please let me know.
I will truly miss Cheryl's contagious smile and her sincere friendship. Cheryl was always finding homes for other families and foster children. Cheryl has found her forever home in the arms of our Heavenly Father. You're in my heart forever.

Cheryl Jones was a Great assist to the Collington Family. She taught me and Terrence and Sholonda how to sing in the junior Choirand keep our notes..She loved God to the fullest..She taught us how to love God personally and not just reading the Bible. But live the life as a youth. Sholonda and I was 7years Old when we came to St.Pauls Pencostal Church now I'm 48 and a Pastor.Terrance is a Bishop, Sholonda is Evanglist. Cheryl Brown will always be in our Hearts. Condolence goes out to your entire family. From the Collington Family
To the Brown family, I'm really lost for words, Cheryl was my sister, my friend and one I could really count on. We lost track of each other once I married and moved to Virginia. She will never be forgotten. Remembering when she lived in New York and I first met her she became my sister then. She always knew she had a place to stay when she came to North Carolina. She will be missed, to love her was to know her. You're North Carolina sister, Samantha McSwain Stith
I remember Cheryl as a my sister in the faith when we both was members from a former church we attended. My thoughts and prayers 🙏 are with the Brown family. RIP My Sister.

Cheryl was always making sure I was doing ok, she knew I had back issues so she checked on me on the drive home several nights a week. and we commiserated on the bad traffic on I 85 and Wilkerson blvd, often sending each other alerts. I will miss her greatly. She loved her family and grandchildren.
