Charles Edward Elmore was born in Lincoln County on June 4, 1948 to the late Charles Elmore and Janie Cline. He transitioned on Friday; July 14, 2023.

Visitation will be Friday; July 21, 2023 at the funeral home from 4 until 6

Funeral will be Saturday; July 22, 2023 at Bethlehem Christian Ministries Church-1019 W. 10th Ave, Gastonia, at 2:00 with thirty minute visitation before the service (1:30 p.m.)

Interment: Rose Hill Cemetery, Gastonia

To the family of Mr Charles Elmore: I am very sorry for the loss of your Love one. Charles and I go way back to 1976 when I 1st met him and we were friends up until the end of his journey. We worked together for 7 years at P&m warehouse in Gastonia behind Tony's ice cream parlor. I will never forget the times that we spent together on the job and off the job. He taught me how to drive the large forklift and how to load the trucks and upload them. May God Bless you all during these days of grief.
