Walter you will be sorely missed. Especially in the Men's Choir and the Food Bank. Every other Friday you had us stepping to the beat with that Old School Gospel and Soul Music. I was ready to dance from my walker or scooter especially when you had the music set up outside. Friday was especially hard because you were not there. I know you were with us in spirit. Uncle Walter was the backbone for so many. Whenever you needed someone to support you and get you through the tough times, you could depend on Uncle Walter. The funniest person in the family, full of jokes and laughter, you will be truly missed. I wish I could have given you the flowers you deserved on earth............

I loved listening to music in the basement with Uncle Walter and my Daddy. They would roast each other repeatedly and have me in tears and short of breath from laughing. The love they had for each other was admirable. Love you Uncle Walter, till we meet again.
