Mr. Bobby Gene Denson January 11, 1947 - May 12, 2020

Mr. Bobby Gene Denson was born on January 11, 1947 in Ty Ty, Georgia to the late Henry Denson, Sr. and the late Lillie Kate Caldwell Denson. At the age of 73, he entered eternal rest on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at Tift Regional Medical Center.

Bobby lived in the Tifton area all of his life and attended Industrial and Wilson High Schools. He worked at GoldKist for a number of years and IMC Agribusiness (formerly Vigoro and now Royster Clark, Inc.) until he retired. Bobby was the eighth of eleven brothers and sisters. He leaves to cherish his memories: two brothers, James Alfred (Mildred) Denson, Macon, GA and Marvin Denson, Sr., Tifton, GA, and one sister, Louise Denson (Lee) Moore, Jonesboro, GA. Though he was not their biological father, he leaves those he called his children: one daughter, Pamela (Vincent) McGhee, Lithonia, GA, and two sons, Darrell Carson, Lithonia, GA and Calvin Carson, McDonough, GA. He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and a Special Friend, Ann Pittman.

All services will be private however, the family will schedule a Memorial Service at a later date. At that time we will celebrate Bobby’s life together with other family members and his many friends. May his living not be in vain, God is Love,
