Obituary For Warren Boyd

CROWLEY - Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at Jerusalem Baptist Church in Crowley, LA for Mr. Warren Boyd, Sr., 72, who entered eternal rest on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at Ochsner Lafayette General Medical Center in Lafayette, LA. Interment will be in South Crowley Cemetery.

Rev. Sherad Joseph will be officiating the funeral service.

Mr. Boyd leaves to cherish his memories: one son, Warren Boyd, Jr. of Fort Smith, AK; one daughter-in-law, Phyllis Boyd of Crowley, LA; one step daughter, Trina Douglas (Daniel) of Killona, LA; one brother, Roy Boyd, Sr. of Metairie, LA; four sisters, Bedousa “Bea” Boyd Samuel of Bakersfield, CA, Barbara Wilson of Botte, LA, Patricia Lewis of Hahnville, LA and Odessa White (Douglas) of Marrero, LA; nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by: his wives, Dianna Boyd and Jacqueline Boyd; his parents, Andrew and Odessa Lewis Boyd; one son, Tracy Boyd; and one daughter, Audrey Boyd.

Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 28, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. at Jerusalem Baptist Church.
