Obituary For Calvin Paul Harmon

KAPLAN – Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at New Beginnings Primitive Baptist Church, 622 E. 1st St., Kaplan, LA for Mr. Calvin Paul Harmon, 65, who entered eternal rest on January 20, 2023 in Baton Rouge, LA. Interment will be in South Crowley Cemetery.

Rev. Ernest William, III will be officiating the funeral service.

Mr. Harmon’s memories are being cherished by: his son, Kalup Allen of Los Angeles, CA; one daughter, Kayla Williams of Houston, TX; one stepson, Terrell Malbrough of Lake Charles, LA; three brothers, James Harmon, Leroy Harmon and Jock Harmon, all of Crowley, LA; three sisters, Regina Harmon, Alma Wilson and Hester Wilson, all of Crowley, LA; two nephews and niece that he raised as his own, Andrew Harmon Williams of San Antonio, TX, Andrew James Williams of Washington and Monique Williams of Crowley, LA; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Mr. Harmon is preceded in death by: his parents, Avery and Alma Goodwin Harmon; three brothers, Murphy Citizen, Avery Joseph Harmon, Jr. and Andrew Harmon; and one sister, Enjella Robinson.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2022 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at New Beginnings Primitive Baptist Church.
