Obituary For Ashley Castille

WASHINGTON - Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at Emma Zion Baptist Church, 517 East Vine St., Washington, LA for Ms. Ashley Castille, 39, who entered eternal rest on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at her residence in Church Point, LA. Interment will be in Garden of Memory Cemetery in Opelousas, LA.

Rev. Joseph Jones, Pastor of Emma Zion Baptist Church, will be officiating the funeral service.

Ashley’s memories are being cherished by: her father, Lawrence Castille and her mother, Laura Castille, both of Church Point, LA; two brothers, Dwayne (Kendra) Castille of Ohio and Lawrence (Latonya) Castille, Jr. of Opelousas, LA; two sisters, Kizzie Handy (Randy) and Letoya Castille, both of Church Point, LA; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by: her paternal grandparents, Clifton and Mary Lou Castille; maternal grandparents, Hayward and Francis Edwards0; and three nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 16, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at Emma Zion Baptist Church.
