Obituary For Alice Victor

CROWLEY – Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Crowley, LA for Ms. Alice Victor, 89, who entered eternal rest on Sunday, February 25, 2024 at The Calcutta House in Lafayette, LA. Interment will be in West Crowley Cemetery.

Fr. Mark Odoguje will be officiating the funeral mass. Ms. Victor was a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church. She was also a member of Ladies Auxiliary.

Ms. Victor’s’ memories are being cherished by: her son, Patrick (Mary) Victor of Kinder, LA; two daughters, Ida Arceneaux (Ricky) and Judy Rosette (Joseph) of Crowley, LA; nine grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren; seven great great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Ms. Victor is preceded in death by: her parents, Wallace and Beatrice Joseph; one son, Wallace Victor; one brother, Ollis Joseph; two sisters, Ethal Lee Joseph and Leola Mitchell; and two grandchildren, Mildred D. Milson and Alice Bellard.

Visitation will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at St. Theresa Catholic Church.

The family wishes to express their sincere thanks to The Calcutta House of Lafayette, Ochsner Lafayette General Medical Center and Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital.
