KEVIN RODERICK BUGG, son of Shirley A. Bugg and Kevin Butts, was born October 6, 1989 in Richmond, VA and departed this life July 8, 2023 in Richmond, VA.

Kevin attended Armstrong High School, Richmond, VA. Due to his disabilities he could not work. Kevin enjoyed watching TV especially movies. He was definitely a Dallas Cowboys fan.

Kevin leaves to mourn his parents- Shirley A. Bugg and Kevin Butts of Richmond, VA; two sisters- Chandrell Bugg and Kalvonna Jones of Richmond, VA; four brothers- Roderick Bugg, Tevin Jones, Rakim Carter, and Kevin Butts, Jr., all of Richmond, VA; grandmother- Carrie Norwood of Richmond, VA; seven aunts- Barbara Cosby of Chester, VA; Mamie Bugg of North Chesterfield, VA; Phyllis Bugg, Lisa Jones, and Jessica Samuels, all of Richmond, VA; Wanda Crew of Chesterfield, VA and Diane Butts of Petersburg, VA; seven uncles- Thomas (Martha) Bugg, Richard Bugg, David Bugg (Sharlene), John T. Jones, and Timothy Jones, all of Richmond, VA; Michael Bugg of Henrico, VA and Randy (Michelle) Bugg of Crystal River, FL, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
