SHE WAS BORN ON JULY 24, 1959 IN DURHAM COUNTY, NC TO BETTY WHITE BROOKS AND THE LATE ODDIE LEE BROOKS, JR. THE FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE PROFESSIONALLY DIRECTED ON FRIDAY AT 2 PM AT MT. ZION AME CHURCH IN HILLSBOROUGH, NC. BURIAL WILL FOLLOW IN THE CHURCH CEMETERY. PUBLIC VIEWING WILL BE ON THURSDAY FROM 2-8PM AT CHAVIS-PARKER FUNERAL HOME IN HILLSBOROUGH, NC.
