Obituary For Ms. Dorrecia Marie Anderson

Funeral services for Ms. Dorrecia Marie Anderson will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at 1:00 pm at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church. Rev. Timothy Jones, Pastor will officiate. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28, 2019 from 6 - 7:00 PM and also 1 hour prior to funeral services on Saturday.

Ms. Anderson, 18, was a student at Meridian High School (Class of 2019). As a student of Meridian Public Schools, Ms Anderson was a member of the JROTC and was also enrolled at Meridian Community College pursuing a degree in Nursing.

On February 19, 2019, Dorrecia Marie Anderson was ushered from this life into eternity. She leaves to cherish her precious memories her mother, Santa Jenkins; her sister Tahkera Anderson; her brother, Taurus Anderson; her nephew Zuric Brewster; her aunts, Guyana Jenkins, Kendra Jenkins, Tonya Jones and Sharonica (Jeffery) Hill; her uncle Charles Anderson, Jr.; grandmothers, Janice Jenkins and Ethel Anderson; grandfather, Johnny Jenkins, her great great grandmother, Bernice Hill and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends.

Dorrecia was preceded in death by her father, Taurus Anderson, Sr.; grandfather Charles Anderson, Sr.; great grandmother, Daisy Davis; great great grandmother, Fannie Jenkins; and great great grandfather, Jamie Hill.

Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Enterprise Funeral Home was entrusted with final arrangements.
