To Yvette Haley (Darrell)and Family,Mama Rose, Karen (Scott) and the entire Parrott Family my heart was sad to hear of your loss. I remember Aunt Staria as a kind and sweet spirit. What I remember most is funny jokes and her way with words, not to mention how she cared about and loved her family. She served her family well with a heart of gold. May God's comfort and peace be with you today and in the day's to come. It is with our Love and prayers that we send our condolences. Love, Wanda, Raymond and Nathaniel Brogsdale, Springdale, MD.
To the Parrott and Littlejohn families, my deepest sympathy. I grew up around the Parrott family and after we left Shelby, always tried to keep in touch when we returned home and at Cleveland School reunions. It's been many years since I've seen Staria and I have a photo of her with her siblings and me and my oldest sister. There will always be memories of those times and when our families lived beside each other. May God's love and peace comfort you in your loss and strengthen and sustain you day by day. Love and prayers, Glenda Logan Cornell
