To the Moore family, Thinking of you and wishing you strength and comfort during this most difficult time. Sharon R. Withrow Charlotte, NC
We are all heartbroken by the news of Robert's passing. I worked with him for several years at Knight and Antelope Valley High Schools. He was an excellent paraeducator to our students and someone I felt privileged to work with. He was assigned to one student in my classroom but he was there for all of them. When one of the boys was having a rough day, he would take them outside, talk to them, listen to them, and help them sort out what was troubling them. He was a calm presence always! I know that Robert is at peace with his Lord and is greatly missed by his family and friends. I send you my sincere condolences and prayers. He was a truly good man.
It was such a pleasure to work with Mr. Moore. He helped me a lot my first year as a teacher as a teacher but it was a couple of years later when he worked in my class again. Such a good hearted man. So funny. He brought so much laughter and joy to our classroom. He was amazing with all the students. And boy was he good at arts and crafts :) you will be greatly missed. Your family and friends are in my prayers. Rest easy my friend. :) Mrs. Riddle (Knight High School)

Uncle Robbie. I'm so sorry we never got the chance to speak now that I'm older To get to gleam from your wisdom and knowledge. Love you forever, Patrice L. Blanks🤍 (James and Mary Blanks)
My deepest condolences to the entire Moore Family in Robbie's transitioning. Freida, the two of you share an amazing love that I have admired from the first moment I met you. You are the perfect example of what Jesus described, "the two will become one flesh;" this love will exist forever. Thank you Freida and Robbie for showing us True Love! From my heart, Dorothy H Jackson
Working with Mr. Moore, I thought he was a cool cat—and other staff members would agree. He also cared tremendously for the students he worked with—students who exhibited the most challenging behaviors. He was always calm and collected and would build strong relationships with those students. He truly made a positive difference in the lives of children. What a blessing he was to this world. He will truly be missed. Amanda Palmer
Mr. Moore was a truly remarkable person with a unique style and presence. His sense of fashion and confidence made a lasting impression on everyone around him. Staying "fly" wasn't just about the outfits, sneakers, and hats, but the way he carried himself. I'm sure his memory will live on through the way he impacted those around him, both with his style and his spirit. I'm truly deeply sorry for your Family loss. Please accept my sincere heartfelt condolences during this difficult time. You will be missed by your Highland High Family and Friends. We will surely miss our talks and you and Luke coming in the Health Office daily. I will continue to lift your Family up in prayer. Jeanette Perry
I'm at a total loss of words today. Rev. Moore and I spent two full days together chaperoning my high school choir and the BSU of Highland High School in Palmdale, California at a youth event at the Antelope Valley Fairgrounds, November 14 & 15, 2014. Little did I know, that would be the last time we would ever be in each other's presence. I thank God for you Pastor Moore. You were always a true man of your word and people always knew where they stood with you, students too. On behalf of the Faculty and Staff of HHS, we send our deepest condolences to your family and are keeping them lifted and before the Lord. Until we meet again in Paradise My Friend and Brother. Until We Meet Again!!

"You will lose someone you can't live without, and your heart will be badly broken, and the bad news is that you never completely get over the loss of your beloved. But this is also the good news. They live forever in your broken heart that doesn't seal back up. And you come through. It's like having a broken leg that never heals perfectly—that still hurts when the weather gets cold, but you learn to dance with the limp." -- Anne Lamott Dr. James S. To Bishop Moore, Gail and the whole Moore family and friends, we are saddened by the news of Robbie's passing. As I was growing up Robbie was always one of the cool guys that everyone wanted to have as a friend. And he always had a charming disposition and it was easy to call him friend. His sprit will be missed in this world. It is no small thing that he became a successful Pastor ministering to all, because he always saw the best in everyone! (Pete Cabaniss and family. Wichita, KS)
