Mr. Charles Walter Stephens, 80, of 430 Crocker Road, Kings Mountain, NC, departed this life on Sunday, January 26, 2025 at CaroMont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia, NC. He was born on February 15, 1944 in Cleveland County, NC to the late Roddie Walter Stephens and the late Margaret Oates Stephens.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, February 2, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Kings Mountain. Burial will take place at the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM on Sunday. In addition, they will receive friends at the residence on Wednesday, January 29 – Friday, January 31, 2025 from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. daily.
