Mr. Percy D Carter of Southfield, Michigan Beloved Husband of Mrs. Billie Carter, Father, Grandfather, Brother and Uncle born on November 17, 1944 in Pensacola, Florida made his transition on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at Ascension Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan at the age of 78. Visitation/ Family Hour will be held on Thursday, May 11, 2023 Family Hour at 10:00 AM with the Celebration Of Life at 11:00 AM at Oak Grove AME Church 19801 Cherrylawn St. Detroit, Michigan 48221. Internment will follow at Detroit Memorial Park-West Cemetery in Redford, Michigan. Flower Delivery hours will be on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 from 12 Noon to 3:00 PM.
